What is micro needling?
It is a mechanical procedure, which makes use of a micro needling pen containing 12 ultra-fine sterile needles. The needles are simply pierced into the skin which leads to formation of small punctures and can have some spot bleeding. The pain experienced is of a very low level because the needles just prick the layers of the skin.
The small channels created by the needles are like wounds. Just as every wound sets the healing process of the body into motion, these injuries also stimulate the collagen formation process of the skin. The body stops producing more collagen as a person ages. Microneedling facial skin is a way of reminding the body to restart the collagen and elastin production process, which then leads to the formation of a new layer of skin which is thicker and smoother than before.

Just want to say thank you so much , I contacted Kathy 2 days ago to ask for advise for a family member who is a nurse working on the Covid 19 ward , her face has broken out with the constant wearing of face masks - Kathy answered with send me her address so I can send her out some products I was shocked as this was never my intention I just wanted advice but Kathy insisted I sent her the address , and to the delight today a big package of all she needs to get her face back to new again - thank u so much this really meant so much to me and to my cousin, please god we will see u all soon - missing my appointment today ??
